"We have now installed our new 300-litre batch pasteuriser. As with our first pasteuriser, this one is double-jacketed to provide insulation in the outer cavity built within the vessel. The inner cavity is filled with water, while the outer layer is stuffed with vermiculite. We used the new vessel this morning to pasteurise our fresh whole milk, and the chart here shows the data of that initial run. I'm very pleased with the results, as the insulation being so effective is both safer than a single-walled vessel, and also far more energy efficient. And being able to pasteurise up to 300-litre in one batch will be tremendously helpful to us, as our milk has become so popular."

We used the equipment today and were really impressed. It has saved loads of time, chemical and water for cleaning. It produced the product no issues – the powder went in brilliantly, we got a full 250Kg batch in with the vortex working.
