The key features of our Batch Pasteurisers include:

 

  • British Stainless Steel (304 food grade) and 316 (pharmaceutical grade) for all inner surfaces

  • Superb double-jacketed design reduces energy demand: heat loss less than 1°C per hour

  • Digital data-logging: Wi-Fi enabled allowing simple download onto your phone or other device

  • Warning Alert for power failure: sends you a text message if temperature rises or falls out of spec.    

  • Individually switched elements: ideal for low-temperature production e.g. for yogurts

  • Waterproof electronics - including elements to IP65 minimum

  • British motor with speed control and ramp-up/ramp-down capacity for longer life.

  • Crevice free vessel, easy dismantled butterfly valves etc. for perfect hygiene 

  • Convenient Internal calibration to check quantity being pasteurised

 The interchangeable paddle allows you to simply upgrade the vessel to manufacture: 

  • Yogurt and Kefir – Simply install our yogurt paddle

  • Cheese/Yogurt production - Add a pH/Temperature probe(s) to suit

  • Cheese – Add our curd cutter to convert vessel to a cheese vat

  • Ice cream - for production blending etc. add a homogeniser (high shear mixer)
