Pasteuriser controlled by a Smart phone?

Yes... and why not?


We had a request from a very busy farmer (aren't they all) -


"Could you make a pasteuriser that I can operate from the farmhouse? I'd like to be able to turn on the heating and cooling from my phone when I am away from the dairy, as well as being able to do it manually when I'm actually there."

"Can you link it to my existing chiller pump?"

"Oh, and another thing - can it show a continuous pH reading? This would be handy when we use the vessel for yogurt and cheese production".


Your wish...


And so this 500 litre beauty became a reality: here is a picture of it under construction. I'll admit that our electrician had a few sleepless nights working out the wiring, but we are happy to report that it operates exactly as it should.
